Most of us (Filipinos) love tuhug-tuhog, ihaw-ihaw and turo-turo which we refer as street food. But now, I will put another color to our common street food experience and it's called, BAGA MANILA!
BAGA MANILA or Barbecuers and Grillers Association offers diiferent variety of food that is mainly cooked by the use of coal. The smoke started to spread at A Venue in Makati and then, they moved to Lake Front Area in Muntinlupa City.
"If the smoke is too obvious, they’ll just get suspicious." as what they say. And you're right, they became famous from different parts of the city and now the smoke is in Cavite! They have 2 branches in Cavite which is in Imus City and Bacoor City.
And because I am your #TRENDFRIEND I will share to you guys my experience with the services of BAGA MANILA.

Well I didn't expect the number of people walking around, choosing their meal(s) at that night. It's so crowded but still I managed to find a spot. One good thing, when you are exploring new food adventure you should bring your friends, family, ex (kidding or maybe not lol) etc. for you to find out their view or opinion regarding to your trip.
So I brought my sister and my cousin to try BAGA Manila. I don't wanna eat alone anyway.

So as what you can see, BAGA Manila offers spaces to other entrepreneurs who wants to showcase their product to the public. The venue is an open area with numbers of stalls with different food products. You can see grilled food, dessert, coffee, regional cuisine, smoothies and many more.
So as I go along, I saw a huge squid that is being grilled and what makes it more delicious is that, there are some secret ingredients inside the squid. They call it "Pusit with itlog" but I call it "Pusilog". Isn't it A-M-A-Z-I-N-G?

This meal cost a hundred and the lemon juice is worth Php. 30.00.
If I will rate it over all from the scale of 1-10 I will give it a 9. The place is great as well as the food and it's variety. But I guess they have a problem on accomodating huge number of visitors. They lack of tables and chairs, so I guess they have to do something about it.
Overall, my experience in BAGA Manila was really great even though it took us some time to find our spot the food managed to bring the Good Vibes to our mood. And the fact that we want to try it again, it means that we really enjoyed our first BAGA Manila experience. So guys to check out if your are near to their branches check their facebook account at
